im turning 17 in a mo, i lost 10 in the last month but i feel more fat which makes no sense i feel like im doing something wrong but ive been eating healthy and excercising every other damn day!! the scale says its working, i see a bit of a difference but i feel like im failing.
how much should my goal weight be?
bra size 36 c pant size 7, no i have no muscle so none of this is muscle weight its all my grotesque fat im attempting to lose!!
