Why do my breasts hurt?

my boobs usually hurt 3 days before my period starts then when my period finishes so does the pain in my boobs but my period has come an gone over 2 weeks ago but the pain has remained. i have been sexually active an havent used birth control. ive been to see my doctor but she couldnt find anything wrong. why do they hurt?
The pain in the breast during the onset of periods is quite common. I too get it in a similar pattern.

However, if the pain is still persisting even after 2 weeks, it is a concern. Good that you have got yourself checked by a doctor.

Another reason might be weight gain. Have you put on recently. If yes, the pain might be due to ill-fitting inner-wear also.
if youre still a teen they could be growning. or you could be pregnant. but idk
Thyroid glands ovaries and breasts have close connections and so any change or problem develops any of the parts certain changes or results will occur parts also. That is why just before the menses period breasts have pain 2 or 3 days.

Any defects in the thyroid glands or ovaries or uterus may develop lump, mass or stiff muscles in the breast and blockage of circulation and then sores in the nipples and again pain or aches.

Some times white milky fluid comes out but it is not milk. It shows that some disorder is with the ovary and uterus or breasts itself. Keep the under-breast area and nipples well cleaned

Consult a doctor in person soon.
You could try evening primrose oil..it takes several weeks before you see any difference but it helps in the long run.
These pains might just be growing pains, it
