im 13 and home and bored i feel like im eating to much food being bored not eating out of hunger...
Also need to know how to choose food better of of a menu (healthy food at fast food resturants)
Look for baked, steamed, grilled, fresh, lean and unbreaded menu iteams.
Examples:
- Grilled chicken burgers/ sandwhiches/ wraps (ask for no mayo- mustard/ ketchup/ relish or hot sauce instead)
- Fajitas (chicken/ beef)
- Solvaki (chicken/ pork)
- Grilled chicken/ fish or bean/ chickpea based salads with light dressing/ vinagrettes
- Side salads with light dressing/ vinagrette (or if they offer yoghurts/ fruitcup
